Default gym story

OK. so I stated working out at my gym at work. It's ok and they have everything I need and it's with in the "scan zone" so I'm on the clock while I workout, not a bad deal. Well I work for the government with a bunch of Engineers so there's is a lot of dudes and most are small guys. Well I'm waiting for the squat rack because these retards "NEED TO DO CURLS WITH THE BAR USING THE RACK" for some odd reason, and I called next. So I'm stretching and see that this chick, who is in ok shape just a big ass and a little chub. comes and talks to the guys and leaves. I'm thinking ok maybe she just knows the guys.
I get the rack and she comes over and asks to use it and I say only if your doing squats. she says, "Well I've been waiting for almost 10mins." I'm like ok we'll work together.
Then she looks me up and down and says with a bit of an attitude, "I hope you can keep up with me!"...

BBBWWWAAAAHHH HAHAHAHAHAHA.... sorry every time I think of that I have to laugh.

so I say, yeah whatever. I wasn't in the mood because of the guys before me and her getting an attitude with me for wanting to work in.
so she puts on a 45lb plate on each side and asks me if that's ok for a warm up. I'm like sure. she goes and does 10 parallel squats, not bad. then she leaves and goes and gets a trainer to spot her. I do a warm up set and she goes and puts on another 45lb plate on each end. OK, I'm thinking this chick is trying to show off and do 225. so she unracks and does an 1/8th of a squat for 8 reps....

Hold on..... BBBWWWAAAAHHH HAHAHAHAHAHA..... "keep up with you!!"

So after she gets done I say to her, "Not bad, but if your going to do that weight why don't you go all the way down instead of doing sissy squats." :11:
The look on her and the trainers face was priceless.
Oh man did that feel good. She got all huffy and said, "Well, that depends on your goals."
Which I reply, "Well then, what are you goals?"
Her, "To have a big butt." Now what I should have said was, mission accomplished, but I know that would have gotten me a kick in the balls. So I said instead, "Well your not going to get anywhere doing squats like that."
Her, "Well what do you know about squatting?"

Hold on......... BBBWWWAAAAHHH HAHAHAHAHAHA.....

Me, "Girl, if there is one thing I do know, it's how to squat, just watch me."

Well needless to say she got done her last set of 1/8th squats and left. I saw her in the mirrors at the other end of the gym bitching to the trainer and looking over at me as I did my working sets.
After that she was following me around the gym listening to me give advice to my friends. I don't know if that was her poor attempt to flirt or what but it was funny and made my day.

I need more detail..What did her and her trainer do/say while you were nailing some ungodly weight doing ass to the grass!?

There's this one guy at my gym who always brags that squatting is life. Well, he wears a belt, knee wraps, and does quarter squats with 315 for 5 sets of 5-10. Well, since I've done ass to the grass, he's always lurking around me listening in to my advice to others doing half-assed squats. Now, every time I enter the gym he stops squatting altogether and leaves to do the machines. I always hear him talk to his friends saying if they want motivation..To watch me squat...Talk about obsession! We did get into a lengthy discussion about how A2G was better for your knees..Which he vigorously fought against..The next day I came in with a printout from the articles section defending A2G and listing a hundred references after it....The look on his face...Priceless!

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

BTW, he wondered why he wasn't improving the weight on his once a week quarter squats..His solution..Deca! After that didn't work out for him, he broke down and asked me. My solution..He didn't like! (higher freq, greater ROM)

I wish I knew but when they saw me doing 365lbs to the ground it was more of, "Oh, ok, he can squat." :147:

That's always the case. they think it's some miracle workout/ exercise/ sup and when you tell them to stop doing isolation movements all the time and start doing the Big 3, (squat, dead, bench), they get all defensive like you insulted them by telling them the exercises were always in front of them.
