| So after 5 months of weight training and cardio I have lost 14 inches but this month 2 inches came back, one inch on chest and 1 on waist, no happy about this I still want to shrink down before building more muscle. Is more cardio good for that? any other suggestions? Thanks |

| Is it inches of fat or muscle if muscle thats not bad totally ull still lose inches but some will just be muscle but yeaa if u wonna lose some muscle and more fat thenn more cardio good. |

| See that is what I am not sure of ??? But I do want to get smaller, I am pretty toned right now, so I will try just cardio until I get the results I am looking for and then go back to weight training, make sense? I am a chick so I dont want to look like a bouncer-LOL |
