| Rank: Member | My wife and I are in the process of purchasing some land, that has all the hookups available. We are going to put a modular home on it, while we find an architect to design our dream home. My dad is excellent at building stuff from the ground up, and of course I would help him. So, it looks like our dream home is very close within our grasp! I've done some framing and cement work, but no electrical or plumbing experience. But the best part of being part of a huge family, is there's always someone who does do this kind of work for a living. So, they will be getting a phone call to help out. If they don't want to help, I will remind them of the time I woke up at 3AM to bail them out of jail! |
