Default how do you stack it

ok... this always pisses me off, and i know that people do this intentionally but it just makes ZERO sense in my mind... when putting weights on the bar or on the rack. WHY do people stack 'em with the flat side OUT? the side with the words is inset a little so there is a "lip" on the edge that allows for easy one-handed removal from the bar/stack. probably 9/10x im getting weights off the stack some jackass has put it flat side out. so instead of just snagging a plate off with one hand, i then have to grab both sides of the plate and wiggle it off so that theres enough room between it and the next plate that i can even get a grip on it.

REALLY gets on my nerves b/c people OBVIOUSLY rack 'em like that on purpose and it would be just as easy to rack it the other way and would make getting the weights off so much quicker.

*i know... its a little detail but it's a pet-peeve of mine*

Not me sdf! I always put them letters out for easy handling.;P

What pisses me off is when people don't put their weights away! It sucks when you are carrying the 120lb dumbells and some jerk-off left the 20's on the floor in your path!

Words in, that's how you grab the plate and since I'm older than you my way is the right way. But the main thing that drives me nuts is when the plates aren't put away, or 45's are stacked on top of dimes or in the wrong place.

If your worried about whether the weights are in or out to life them you shouldn't be picking them up at all. Just keep them the same on both sides. Duhhhh

So I guess whatever floats your boat but words in flat side out is the right way ;)

I usualy do it words out.. except if there is a guy that is looking to use my bench or cage that I can't stand... like cell phone talkers.. I just leave the plates on...that way if they are on the phone they have to mess with their phone while trying to wiggle the plates out
