Kane the obvious answer is NO! take many of them, in fact i would recommend 15-20 a day or as much as you can afford it good for you....trust me buddy

This is a pretty good idea, I would also be interested in being legally adopted by 0311. I still have a few months before I'm considered an adult by law, so I think this one is still possible. I don't ask for much really, room and board, maybe some food occasionally, and between me and Mark I'm sure we could take care of some stuff around the house as well... think about it

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".
