Exclamation I'm getting pissed off

Guys, this thread is mainly directed at new joins to the forum...

I've been getting pm'ed on a regular basis from people whom I have never interacted with asking for my advice/help with MANY various things. I'm nice to the dozen or so friends I made in this forum, and I enjoy shooting each other PM's about each other's take on certain aspects of training, ect. For example, just the other day I was bored and thought up a pretty good DFHT program to follow and decided to share it with 4 or 5 people I usually talk to and know they were thinking about following something close to what I sent. I also on occation share spreadsheets I take the time in making.

However, getting bombarded by people who just joined the site OR people who have a post count of ZERO I'm really starting to loathe. An example would be from a new join named Dr. Deep, who stated at the beginning of the pm that he's from bb.com. Long pm asking for advice, and I responded by giving him a brief answer and told him to instead post his questions in the training forum and be a part of the atmosphere here...Haven't seen him since.

I know about as much as everyone else. I'll admit that if I personally don't know something, I'll ask questions in the appropriate forum and research it to death on my own. For example, I wanted to start powerlifting about a month ago. Now, did I just look through a couple of elitefts articles and do it half assed? Nope, I opted to get personally trained by Matt Reynolds for Westside Powerlifting. Best decision I ever made. Especially when I compared what I was going to do with what he has me doing! He actually just won his PRO-STRONGMAN Card which is very hard to do. (BTW, I DID read every single article I could feast my eyes on) Most of these topics have all been covered extensively in the forums. Anyone who's been here for over 6 months consistantly is more than qualified to help out. It isn't hard to post a link in someone's post asking for help back a year ago when the topic was beaten to death.

Don't get me wrong either. If people ask for help in the forums, I'll be more than happy to chip in along with everyone else. I believe I was the 26th member to join here over a year ago. By posting all the links, articles, and advice in the forums helped tremendously to make this site grow to almost 1500 members since it was started a little over a year ago. That's still the goal today. Some members might not like reality (sleeper's 7 day split ) and might run away, but that shouldn't matter in the grand scheme of things. Everyone needs a good laugh from time to time.

So from now on, any pm's I get that I don't know who the author is, they're getting posted in this thread...Like I said, I'm not a nice guy...I AM, but only to a point. Am I out of line?

It's not you Anuj..Unless you just joined last month or something! All I ask is to point someone more in the direction of the training forum than my mail box.

Sorry for all the PM's 0311 but I really need your advice on how to get a routine together. I also need to know what to eat. Right now I have Mc donalds for breakfast and then I run for an hour. after that I do sit ups for an hour and then I drink a shake. Then for dinner I eat a small piece of chicken and some pretzels. I'm so fat around the waist. My stats are 5'9" and 125lbs and I can't seem to grow and get my abs to come in. Please help me man. I have no one to turn to and your my only hope. I forgot to mention, I never squat or do deadlifts but I do bi's almost every day. Some guy on BB.com told me this was a great routine. What do you think.

Yup, every other day I'll get one of those. For the most part, all they seem to care about is me making them a three to four day split and make it tailored just for them given their stats..No mention of diet if you can believe that!

My favorites I like to save are the ones that go, "Hey here's my stats...Ok, I want something that will give me BIG mass AND strength gains, oh and drop my bodyfat while I'm at it. Make sure it's a 2-3 day split, or what do you recommend. I don't care, I just want the full body recomp.." Like I'm a fucking surgeon or something.

Fuck me...Dr.X and I have the exact same fucking problem! Maybe I should add more pretzels to my diet and do bi's twice a day! Also...If I'm a mod at BB.com, will that make my biceps bigger or will that only affect the size of the baseball hat I have to wear?

Well first of all, running for an hour after breakfast is not enough if you want your biceps to grow. You should run for at least two. And you should switch to WHOLE WHEAT pretzels. Also don't do deadlifts cuz they will ruin you back. Don't do squats either because they're bad for you knees and give you a big butt.

That'll be one 5 LB TUB of PROTEIN please....

Or like this. I'm 18 years old and I want to take some roids. I want to go from this to this in 6 months. My friend at the gym said I would look like this if I take these pink pills.
