Gender: | I think in the past 3 weeks I have only lifted weights 3 times also my diet has gone from amazing to horrible. I am working lots and I am finding it hard to get motivated to hit the gym after work. This sucks!!! I have been making such good progress in the gym and with my weight. Maybe my body is just telling me that I need a rest. I know that I can't go as heavy as I was. For one the weather is getting colder and I can feel it in my bones/joints. It's only going to get colder. I need to get back on track before it get worst. I just thought I would throw this out to see if anyone else ever goes through this and what you've done to get over it. |

Gender: | I feel you man. Work for me has been hell. You just have to get re-organized and set up a goal again. Think of something you would want to specifically improve and take the weekend to make a game plan. That is how I get out of ruts... That and the people at my MMA school tell me to put my man pants on and stop stalling..... SSOOoo... PUT YOUR MAN PANTS ON AND START SMASHING METAL! ![]() |

Gender: | Dave; your right man, a goal is what I need. It's almost like self sabotage so that I do have something to work for. Just need to change my thinking and do what you said. | Take a day or two off, and do get your mind right. Its hard to keep your focus and fire when it gets like this. Do like dave said and make a plan, and after a few days off get refocused, good luck bro. |
