^^ Obviously this guy's a troll. Try to keep to a bodybuilding topic without referring back to your future restraining order girl. If you can do that, you're welcome to stay.

Allright then, forget the Dr, who needs a Dr for simple brain surgery? OK, stay with me kid and I'm gonna try to walk you through this..First you'll need some simple basic kitchen tools; a scalpel (make sure it's reasonably clean) a bic lighter for cauterizing those pesky bleeder arteries, some string for tying your scalp back together (shoe strings are ok but try to find some from a new pair of sneakers) a fresh roll of Bounty paper towels for sopping up spinal fluid, oh..and don't forget a good anesthesia (Jim Beam, JD, whatever!) Allright, ready?..OK, here we go...

All kidding aside. You're 16 you don't need to get so involved with girls, probably shouldn't even be dating.
Best advice I can give you is to get busy. Concentrate on your school work, your lifting and running. Get involved in school activities. Find a church and go, get involved in a youth group. That's the best place to find a girlfriend anyway. Trust me, I'm older than you..ok, a LOT older and I've been there. If I had it to do over I wouldn't date till I was 21! No, datings ok, just don't make it your whole life and don't hang around girls that haven't been raised right and don't get so involved at your age. Focus on other stuff and make this secondary..Good luck bro..I know how tough it can be..

(Well actually I've never been dumped personally of course..! j/k)

By looking at your myspace page, I can tell why the girl doesnt like you...

And what the f*ck does she have to do with your head hurting WHILE exercising? Stop stalking her and move on. Just tell yourself your gonna go to juvy when she finds out your stalking her and files sexual harassment charges against you. That should be your motivation, not going to juvy.

its even starting to effect my lifting.
I know your young dude, but honestly grow a set. This will go one of two ways either you man up, and get mad about it enough to break you out of the depression your in, or you just puss out and fall apart like a chick ... its up to you.

Now get your ass to the doctor
