Ok.. so maybe I'm not that old... but sometimes a guy can feel way behind the power curve... so here's something I found to be motivating...

Pics of dudes near or even well above my age...
Bill Goldberg... 41 years old
Hulk Hogan... 55 years old
Ronnie Coleman... 40 years old
Randy Couture... 45 years old

Anyone want to add to the list?

Personally I don't look to anyone for motovation ( sure it is when you see them in action , or that's just getting you pumped up ) I look inside myself and I turn to my family for what I need.
