We have a new hardcore powerlifting/fitness studio on Long Island!! It is called The New Gym. Owned by Shawna Mendelson. A three time national powerlifting champion, and the sister of the number one bench presser in the world Scot Mendelson. Check it out and come on in!!!

It is not spam!!! How many people do you hear about who are unhappy with there gym's?? We have only a couple of good gyms on Long Island.

I check out this site quite often.

GUESS WHO LIVES ON LI!!! me! thats kind of kool, looking for a good gym too. whats the monthly rate and all of that..too bad its on the other side of the island just like bev francis's :(

YES I OWN THE GYM!!! SCOT AND I BOTH OWN GYMS NOW!! HE IS IN CALI, AND I AM IN NY. THE PRICES FOR LIFTERS PER MONTH $50, OR $10 PER SESSION. IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE YEAR, I WILL SIGN YOU UP FOR $350
WE HAVE EVERYTHING THAT YOU WOULD NEED FOR A GYM. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HOW IT CAME OUT. I DO NOT HAVE MY VIDEOS UP YET, OR ALL OF MY LIFTING PIC'S, BUT THERE ARE A COUPLE. CHECK OUT MY SITE!!
