Unhappy Sad News....

My mother passed away. Not sure when exactly, I talked to her on new year's day, and today, I found her deceased at her house. I had to kick down the door and all.. I might not train for a few weeks or so to get everything going and all. I am not sure I will even check the web too much. Not sure.

I will update my journal when I get back to sanity...

Underdog...

Wow. My heartfelt condolences.

That is doubly rough and you'll be in our thoughts.

I cannot imagine going through what you're going through. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

That's a tough one man, sorry. Our prayers go out to you and your family.

sorry to hear bro

Chuck Norris's Sig:"Chuck Norris's girlfriend once asked him how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. He then shouted, "HOW DARE YOU RHYME IN THE PRESENCE OF CHUCK NORRIS!" and ripped out her throat. Holding his girlfriend's bloody throat in his hand he bellowed, "Don't fuck with Chuck!" Two years and five months later he realized the irony of this statement and laughed so hard that anyone within a hundred mile radius of the blast went deaf"
