Oh yeah, I can see it now. the temple would be amazing, squat racks as far as the eye can see, our sabath would start directly after any intense resistance training, and the stronger you are, the higher your standing in the "church".

This is a sick Idea, why didnt we think of this sooner.

oh and I think the name should be changed to Ironology ... "sorry rabi/pastor/cleric/priest I have no use for your holy books, i'm a Ironologist"

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.

LOL. If there is more than one God, there should be 3 gods

God of Squats
God of Deadlifts or (Deads)
God of Bench Press or Press to cover over head press

and maybe some demi-gods like The Demi-God of Cleans and Snatches... hehehe... Snatches....

Ah yes, the eventual creation of Gods ... happens in every religion.

I like daves idea of the "Big 3 Gods" its a triumvirate of powder.

on the other side, we need the goddesses of symetry aka, figure competitors.
