Spawn Cycle

This is the first time I've ever tried Spawn and I have liver support pills and Hawthorne berry along with flaxseed oil which Ive been taking 10 days prior to starting the Spawn, But what I was wondering is if 6oxo is going to be an adequate pct after the spawn cycle. I am absolutely unable to obtain an clomid or nolva. Any advise or suggestions. I'm 36 years old(6ft/190pds)been working out for many years and have reached a plateau which i cant break need advise

So what is running a PH for a month going to do? You'll make some gains, then lose about half of it after a month. Then you'll be in the same rut you were to begin with. It's pretty obvious you didn't think this through. Post up your diet and training if you're serious. A PH is the last thing you need right now.

I spoke to a number of people last night who have had some great gains on spawn, some compare it to tren..
However Ross is correct, why put something into your body that you know little about? From what ive learnt your liver support is well below par, and to run it for a month is crazy. Reading your post you clearly need to rethink what you are doing..
