| I dont have a problem with dudes on roids, but they always seem to advocate them, as if they are gods gift to lifting. They are awesome dont get me wrong, but if your taking lifting advice from some one that is on, and your not, your screwing yourself. You can and should train much differently when your on, you can push yourself more, and recovery more quickly. Those who use, rarely understand what it takes to do it natty. |

| Rank: Lightweight | i dont think i can ever be on them. to scared of stuff like that. second dont you ever get that feeling of how when you were in high school or a year or 2 ago you were able to do something and cant do it no more. like 2 years ago you could bench 400. now you can barley pick up 315. i would imagine you would get that feelign week to week as soon as you get off |
