Default Such a stupid question but what are some examples of cardio?

I have always wandered just need some basic concept ideas...Thanks. I know running but what else..

anything that will keep your heartrate up for an extended amount of time. stairs, biking, swimming stuff like that.

swimming, stationary bike, mountain bike, racing bike, wind sprints, sprints up a hill, long jumping, basketball, martial arts, jazzercise, tae bo, stairmaster, trampoline, wakeboarding, water skiing, snow skiing, snow boarding, gymnastics, tennis, hiking, dance dance revolution, paintball, lazer tag, running the stadium bleachers, skateboarding, inline skating, strip tease... the list goes on and on
