There's a chick on another board that was bitching just a couple days ago about the way her company blocks things... I guess if a 'key word' shows up somewhere, you can't view that particular page of the site. So someone, in a response in this chick's journal, said she was becoming a post whore. Because of there being 'whore' on that page of her journal, she couldn't view it from work.

So if your company implements something like that, you're screwed for coming into this thread

well no. the government slowely but surely has been blocking out personal type websites.......... e-mail, myspace, facebook, youtube, etc. they can pick up on words being typed but i think they use that more for e-mails. like if a women were to send me a nasty e-mail it wouldnt come through because of the words it may contain.

they werent hip to facebook as of yet, but they just hired a lot of college students including myself, so all of us wer eon facebook. i tried ot go on as minimal as possible, but i guess from all the hits they just figured that it was popular so they blocked it.

so as much as i love this site im not gonan recommend it to no one here because if they block this i will be super pissed
