I hate it when people who think they know more than they really do push their ideas on young, inexperienced, impressionable people just because they can. Often they end up getting hurt, burned out or give up altogether.

People need to check their ego at the door before hitting the weights IMO.

Its so hard to bite your tounge when you see shit like that in the gym. Thats f'd up monsta, it gets me angry when I see it with adults, a youngin is much worse.

I hate it when your in the gym and 2 out of shape women get side by side on machines you need to use and there talkin about nothing women thats what a grocery store is for

I didnt think it would take long, and I was right. I've only been to the new gym 3 times, and already I've got some hate.

Why is it that people insist on giving you advice in the gym? You have no idea what I'm training for, but your way is right huh. I made the mistake of asking this guy to spot me on my last set of bench. My shoulder is fine, but I like to be extra careful now. I push through the set easily, and rack. The first thing he says is "You lift too fast" ...

He then tried to explain to me that you need to flex at the top of the rep, and hold the bar for a breath. At first I was going to argue with him, but that is pointless. Why dont people just do what I do ... unless you see someone about to hurt themselves, shut the fuck up, its not your business. You have no idea what I'm training for, you may be some half assed bodybuilder, but I DONT CARE. I lift too fast ... I lift with f'in intensity, maybe you should try it, you might even break a sweat while your lifting.

I hate this guy at school. He's a stupid fuck gym rat and one day he says "we should just train together because your partner is going to get hurt and we'll end up training together anyway" THEN a couple weeks later he sees my partner and says to him "ya know, he's doing powerlifting right now and that's not what you need. He's doing like 5 reps and you need more than that. I trained a guy last summer and he went from 225 to 205. Plus I've put on 5lbs since the start of the school year"

What pisses me off so much about this guy is 1)He came to me with a stupid fuck routine and I made corrections and adjustments to it PLUS I fixed his diet, that's why he gained the strength and mass 2)he claims the routine is his and that he made it and now he is his own self proclaimed guru 3)he doesn't know a goddamn thing about what I'm doing in the gym because I refuse to tell him and 4)who the fuck goes around trying to steal your gym partner?

Soon enough he'll be done 'his' program and when he does he won't have any clue what to do or what to modify. And if he asks me to fix something up, I'll give him a routine from hell that will make him shrink instead of grow.
