I would just have to make sure to have specific days for her.

Same here. I've been married for 8yrs and have been working out for almost 15 ( since I was 15 ). It has always been a part of my life. So when we met , that was one main thing that we had incomon was the gym. (Shit , we even did a bodybuilding contest together a few yrs back.) Sure we have taken some time off and been out of shape ( not too bad , but bad for us) but we always did it together. When the kids were born - we took them with us. I think one of the biggest mistakes people make when they have kids is that everything gets put on hold or adjusted for the "new one". We have taken our kids to the gym since day 1 ( well we waited a few months) and now it's just normal. If we slack , they ask us " when are we going to the gym ?"

TALO's Sig:"We only grow when we are recovering.I see it all the time people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. "

That is good stuff. Getting the kids interested in fitness and good health early in life will help to avoid problems (such as obesity) later on.

That's very good, Talo! Now that I think about it, I am going to try to meet more girls in the gym, not just everywhere else!
