Default this happen to anyone else???

ok, this started probably a few months ago. i would get this tight feeling in my chest/back that if i arched my back, rolled my shoulders back, tipped my head back and kinda "bounced" i could Pop it out... well when it first started it felt like it was my back, but the "pop" sound always seemed to come outta my chest. well lately i can tell that its like my sternum is popping... (same type of "pop" as if you crack your knuckles/neck/etc)

if i cross my arms in front of me making an "X" with my elbows at the center of the "x" i can flex my pecs and i can feel it putting pressure on the area that usually "pops". if i do flex hard i can usually "pop" it right afterwards. sometiems it wont' pop and it can be uncomfortable doing dips/overhead presses/bench/etc.

anyone else ever experience something like this? i imagine something is getting pulled outta place, but its my sternum that is cracking... i dunno wtf it could be. i dont' imainge theres anything that can really be done about it. its more just an annoyance

I've had alot of weird things but not that one. Sounds annoying. I'm sure you will just need to let it heal naturally and back off any excercise that irritates it.

I think a chiropracter would have more answers about cracking than regular docs would.

I dont think popping ur chest just to hear that noise is going to have any bad side effects. My lil sister can pop her right thumb non stop, and she has been doing that to annoy me for about 10 yrs now.
