i can't party too much cuz i gotta head to my parents house. spending the day with my pops tomorrow cuz its his Bday!

Well then, last night: Went downtown, ate wings, went to a club, ate cheese sticks, went to a baseball game, went back downtown till 3am. In between all that I drank some protein. I know alcohol inhibits the use of protein, but I didn't drink that much until later.

Probably not good for my diet, but I will make up for it the rest of the weekend.
