The other day I went to my gym and I kid you not they were playing Barbara Streisand with Andy Gibb, you know that song it goes " And we got nothing to be guilty of....." Okay you know tha song. It just made my nads shrivel up and hide! I just need to get me an ipod or some MP3 player and can't go on listening to Music from Musicals! |

| I'm not in heavy metal or rap (which seems to be the consensus here for training music). I listen to a lot of indie and classic rock. Some of it is surprisingly good for training. Here are some samples from my playlist: Led Zeppelin - No Quarter Pixies - Tame Les Savy Fav - Cut it Out Pink Floyd - Young Lust |

| PennsValley's list looks pretty good. Thought I'd throw out a few more for those of you who need to update the playlist. Check out this site, mp3search.ru , I stumbled across it one time. You just make an account, put 20$ at a time in there and you can download all their songs for 10 cents each. I dont know what I would do without it. Mudvayne - Lost and Found Deftones - Adrenaline, Around the Fur Clutch - Blast Tyrant, self-titled Breaking Benjamin - not the new album System of a Down Seether - Disclaimer Corrosion of Conformity Chevelle - Wonder What's Next, This Type of Thinking (these are both awesome albums you can listen to straight through) Static-X - Wisconsin Death Trip Systematic Sevendust Hatebreed White Zombie Dope Down (lead singer of Pantera's side project) Nonpoint Primer 55 Soulfly Sepultura Taproot |

| Lord christ almighty. I went to see them one time and let me tell you what. I got up front as close to the stage as possible and the second they came on, the entire crowd caved in on me. The whole place was one huge swirling pit. Hands down the most intense show I have ever been to. |
