"Cold Blooded" By Ol' Dirty Bastard, because it's so bad it gets me angry to listen to it. I usually dont listen to music when I workout, because I dont wanna break my ipod on something in the gym, and it gets in my way. When I do though, I mostly listen to anything though depends on the mood. Rock, metal, etc.

once im in the gym i lose all focus on everything except for lifting. thats all i care about while im there. IMO who cares about what you listen to, your there to work out not listen to music you can do that at home...

Besides Buckcherry when I workout its mainly AC/DC or Pantera. I don't wear an ipod except for cardio but my gym usually plays heavy stuff anyhow.

That reminds me i need to download the ac/dc live album when I get home. It makes me want to destroy small villages and throw shuriken at babies.
