Recipe for disaster if done wrong.

Though I must say he is strong, esp for his size, he can't weight too much, must have been doing it for a while to build up to those weights.

Though looking at powerlifters doing their max's probably is as bad.

That guy is a walking ego who can barely walk in the first place. No chance in hell he'll ever be a succesful strongman. Every weight he picked up was simply too heavy for him. If that is not wrong then I need to seriously reavaluate my impression of what is right.

Damn, I didn't know this guy was so famous. Apparently even the likes of Kelly Bagget have told him his form was crap. I'd like to see some of his other vids .
