well even though i have always been big i wasnt big from just sitting around. i was always running around with the other kids/teens etc. i played basketball and all that other stuff and sometimes i just ran just to do it. plus i always wanted to play fullback but my coach would never let me i asked and he replied "OK ASHTON, if i put you at fullback then who is gonna be on the line to block". lol i told him i didnt need any blocking and then he told me everyone else did so i couldnt argue anymore lol. but running helped with endurance so i did it. i hate doing it. but i knew it had to be done

i think i was in phenomanal shape back then. which leads me to give some advice for the day. kids keep your grades up, because if you dont, no matter how good you are it will always bite you in the ass
