Question Why do you work out?

What got you started in bodybuilding/weigh lifting?
Why do you workout and what are your goals?

To steer clear of fights. I don't see anyone starting shit with a 250 pound guy. I just don't wanna get sued because I know from experience that I won't stop.

i have to agree with every sentence of this for me except for the 250 pound guy part becuase im not that big yet, but when someone sees someone thats very muscular they wont mess around with them, you get almost an instant respect from it and noone will mess around with u
