every one in my school like starting to weight lift not my friends they jus sit on pc all day or ps2 i jus want to get bigger and defined and get abs also bench 200 sumtime this summer im at 150 now =/

:) Aside From Having A Nice Body And Being Able To Wear Anything U Want, Its Good To Have A Healthy Heart, Nice Skin, Lower Cholesterol And Hi Libido :d
