Will everybody please kick me in the ass?
I've been MIA since January. I got laid off, it took a while to get a new job, started a new job, moved to a new town and... blah blah blah.
Well, like a pussy, (please excuse my French) I let all that get in the way of my fitness goals. I haven't been in the gym since February.
I'm going back this week...
I feel like such a slacker... I need a kick in the ass!:wtf:

Seriously, I think you know what you need to do. Just go back, get a light workout or two in to get used to it, and then hit it hard the next week.
