If your not using one, I would invest in a joint suppliment. I am diggin this stuff called Cissus from UPS labs. Its also shown to be slightly anabolic once it builds up in your system. If this shit persists check it out.

so long time no see huh? yeah my membership has been up for the past four days which sucks a fat baby's pee pee. But I work on wed. so i'll have the money to get back in the gym asap....i still feel like crap for missing these four days of workouts though....somanabitch

Dam dude i was wondering what happened to ya. How much longer you going with lyle's bulker? If i were you, i'd take the 3 more days off, make it a full week and call it "strategic deconditioning" then switch up the program for a month or so.
