Gender: | I'm currently in the area of 5'11-6'0. I'm 19 years old. I'm 290 right now. And I'm not sure what my body fat percentage is,but I do have a stomach. lol ------------------------ I have protein after my workout and before bead. Have chicken for dinner, and a turkey sandwich (no mayo) for lunch. Sometimes,I sleep past breakfast. lol But when I'm awake,I try to have a fruit.I also have a fruit before bed along with the shake.Mostly a pear. I think my eating habits are better since all I used to have, was salad with my current protein shakes. ------ Now as for my workout plan.I do the same muscle group plan like this. Monday-Chest + Triceps Tuesday-Back + Bicep Wednesday-Shoulders Thursday-Legs Friday-Break (than start all over with Saturday) I just do different workouts. One thing that I try to avoid,is when I'm on chest days, which is that I stop doing military presses. Due to the fact that I get clicking in my shoulder, and awkward pain. So I try to stay away from that since it hurts more to do that. I hope this gives a little more insight. |
