Gender: | Anuj, I think everyone skips abs once in awhile (I know I do ) but definitely good job refocusing and getting the 160 on the second attempt.Good luck with the exams and the paper (I do not miss that at all!!) |

Gender: | If every once in a while means more often than not then I'm guilty as well Great job on the MP. This is a learning experience both for your body and for your mind. One more time and you get to back off it and hopefully beat that 160. |

i know. it is a HUGE learning experience. im going to actually post the plan only after i beat the 160 (hopefully). whether i beat it or not, this is something new for me and i like it so far. ill post the plan (if you dont mind me paraphrasing) once i finish the 5 week cycle. it doesnt matter if i beat 160 or not, ill post the loading principles once im done on the 5 week run. oh, and ive been neglecting abs a lot off late....i need to be more diligent from next time ![]() | |
