![]() haha nah....ill deal with the pull-ups by doing what E said...hanging more neutrally. one of the main reasons i hesitate to hang neutrally is because im scared ill disloacte my shoulder...but thats an irrational fear. thanks for the well wishes, kane | |

Gender: | Well I didn't mean relax your shoulders anway. I think if you can't keep your shoulders in while hanging that's a whole nother problem...but I'm sure you'll be fine. |
