Whichever you prefer...I was lifting with one of my buddies the other week and he almost got kicked out of the gym for dropping a barbell loaded with RUBBER BUMPER PLATES on the 6 inch thick RUBBER LIFTING PLATFORM. |

my gym allows us to do drop weights, etc which is why they have soooooo many bumper plates, etc. i love my gym because it has everything i could ever need. | ||
