Gender: | That was good thinking through a squat workout. Unless you want to do the 4 squat (or three squat) routine you should probably stick to doing your max work first and then the front squats second. If you want to do the other squats first then you have to "build up" as you go instead of going for very heavy weights on the one's building up to the heaviest squats. |
