I may bump up to a 90 or 95 to really get some maximal effort swings and such in. I'm going to have to back off the heavey stuff in 3 weeks or so, I'm counting my week off as a deload lol, so that should buy me a little more time. But I will need the 90's after I deload one more time.

are you going to buy a pair?
I would go with a lower weight, 90 or even 85. The jump from 65 to 90 or 95 is very extreme and snatching that amount of weight without the proper form can hurt something. Just make sure your form on Snatches are good and you don't have the KB smack you in the wrist. Put it this way, if you can do 10 KB snatches with the 65 KB with your hand going around the bell and not having the bell fall on your wrist/ forearm then I would get a higher weight if not then get a lower one. I'm not trying to discourage you from buying them, I'm just looking out. I mean you will end up using the 95er at some point if not higher.

Also, are you doing double 65lbs swings? If so how many rep are you doing?

I wanted to add in that I was 258 on friday morning. I'm feeling good about it, thats a very small increase in overall weight with the amount of anabolics I'm using. I am not 100% happy with my fatloss at this point, but with all thats going on, I can't really be mad about it either.

I was going to go with one 90 or 95 for swings, and rows and such. I am definately not ready to snatch that kind of weight yet. I have not done double swings yet either, I will see how that goes next week and let you know Dave.

Sitting very nicely at 259lbs this morning. I have one week of the cycle left, I'm going to take measurements again at that point, and post up results. I spoke to my competitor, and he has already lost. His plan was flawed, and his job situation and moving about didn't help. Needless to say I'm 100 bucks richer, but I'm no where near done with my transformation.

Jeff expressed intrest in continuing this battle. His work schedule should be slowing down soon, so maybe it will be more of a fair fight this time.

i'd like to keep this thread going, I will be posting my results here, and keeping you all up to date on everything.

well, lets see, if Obama becomes president, I'm going to save that hundo to pay taxes. if not, I'm going to buy more kettlebells hahahah.

My cycle ended yesterday, started pct this morning. Weight was 257lbs, I woke up late this morning, so I only had a chance to take a few quick measurements, but we are moving in the right direction still.

Measurements: (new measure in parenthesis)

waist 44" (42.5")
Gut (taken around the love handles and across belly button) 47.5" (44")

the gut measurement is whats really starting to come along, I've lost 3.5" and it shows. I still have a lot of work to do, but my weight should drop sharply in the next two weeks as i lose some of the water being held onto from the cycle. Looking forward to seeing where I am at after pct.
