| 05/19/08: DAY 9 "HIIT: 5min WO 9min J/S 5min CD 395 Cal" "25mg Ephedrine HCL x 2 200mg Caffeine x 2 400mg Green Tea (200mg EGCG) x 3 5mg Yohimbine HCL x1 (first dose) 2.5mg Yhombine HCL x1 (second dose) Grape Seed Extract x 2" Destroyed myself at the gym once again doing cardio! WOOOOOO Actually ate this time before I dosed, didn’t feel too shaky today but I noticed random spurts of feeling like I was going to start sweating! |

| i dont know if thats what it is though.... cause i was fine when i woke up to go to the bathroom at like 4am... then at 6 when i woke up i was coughing violently in the shower and coulnt stop and had bad chills when i got to work... still feel a lil clammy |

| Heres what i have so far... kind of hard to see progress but its there... lower back fat... my stomach is getting smaller... the shadows play wierd on my stomach too... in most of those pictures looks like i have a big baggy stomach which i dont unless i take a picture let me know what ya think! ![]() |

| 05/22/08: DAY 11 "25mg Ephedrine HCL x 2 200mg Caffeine x 2 400mg Green Tea (200mg EGCG) x 3 5mg Yohimbine HCL x1 (first dose) 2.5mg Yhombine HCL x1 (second dose) Grape Seed Extract x 2" Feeling a little bit better today, gonna try to do cardio after work but I think im gonna take the HIIT down a notch… feel like higher than 8 minutes of jog/sprint is too taxing on the body… 9 minutes has been killing me, I think ill take it back down to 5 minutes and increase the resistance or incline... what do you guys think? |
