Well basically the shoulders should be back, the back natural (i.e. natural arch but not hypersextended) and the hips down. Keep looking up. Don't crane your neck upwards, however cuz that's bad for the cervical spine.

Got a compliment from my grandma this morning, she said it looks like i got skinnier... which is awesome because its only been like 10 days...

Even in the mirror i look skinnier... probably because the lipo/e shed all my water weight... but i getting more confident and it feels great

Weight Update:

07.10.2006 - 225 lbs
Current Day (empty stomach) -
210 lbs

I am so fucking pumped... 2 weeks... 15lbs... i havent broken under 220 in a LONG time

I didnt get to check my body comp yet though because the only of my gym wasnt there and i only have him do it to make sure he does it the same way everytime...
