Yeah, I was just worried that you were losing muscle because of the amount of weight that you dropped in such a short period of time. Just making sure everything is good :)

no friends.. i am not dead... felt like it for awhile but im on my way back up... hit a down point in my life... wow that feels like the a summary of the last year. I used to be so motivated by working out and for the last 2 months ive been having trouble getting to the gym... partially because my car was all fucked up which was depressing me because i felt obligated NOT to go anywhere except work... before that it was getting kicked out of my house... before that it was a severe head injury... jesus fucking christ... when will things just straighten out i wonder?

Anyways got anew car... a reliable one... bitch on gas though... mood is coming back up... feeling like i have a life again... got 3 workouts in this week... going for 4

Weight - 215lbs

the sad thing is i'd be under 200 lbs by now and that would make me happy... havent been there since before my head injury

Lookin forward to talkin to you brothers

Glad to see you back around brotha.

I know its not easy, but let all that negative crap motivate you to kick ass in the gym. I've been going through alot crap lately too, but it makes you a stronger person in the end.

keep on it man, things will turn around for ya, they've already started to.

Best of luck man, best part is you kept on going and that really demonstrates strength.

You will be back to where you were in no time.
