One of the few logs Iíve seen where my interest is even more sparked by this companyís products. I finally spent the money and ordered online from the vitamin shoppe. I found a 20% off coupon online and picked up some HGHUP too, have you tried that yet? If so please let me know. Iím starting with the HGHUP at night and then will be taking Free Test in the mornings.

strength has decreased which is expected when trying to lean up, but definely looking a lot leaner/better!

face and back are breaking out and oily-er than normal. libido is sky high!!!! Ill weigh myself and take bodyfat measurements tomorrow morning and see where im at!!!!

Day 30
squats 2x5, 1x9
leg ext 3x10
leg curl 3x10
calf raise 4x15
calf press 3x15
bike 3 miles

30 days into freetest and i have to say its probably the best libido supplement ever made. also i feel it has greatly helped me shed fat while still retaining and adding some lean mass. my strength has decreased quite a bit but is expected at a deficit.

so far here is where im at:
weight: 173 (-4lbs)
bf %: 11.6% (-2.2%)
lean mass: 154lbs (+1.5lbs)
Height: 5'9" (+-0)

to hold onto a little more weight while still leaning out im changing my diet slightly. ill now be carb cycling starting from 400, 400, 350, 300, 250, 200, 150. protein and fats will stay the same though.

36 Days in broski's

havent been able to update lately been crazy busy. this high carb cycle week has been pretty solid but im going back to 300 on wednesday down to 100. need to shave off as much fat as i can before my new years vacation.

workouts have been going great this week, strength was up on db incline bench by 5 pounds. been hitting some light cardio after every lift and doing about 15-16 sets per bodypart. tomorrow is a scheduled off day but im going to hit cardio abs and forarms.

i did 20 reps on isolation moves and 8-10 on compounds this last week. really felt good at 20, my shoulders are tore apart today from yesterdays workout. usually my shoulders dont get to sore. this next week im going to do 10-12 reps on isolation and 6-8 on compounds and see where im at strength wise after shedding some fatty pounds.

freetest effects-

pro's -
positive mood, high libido, more drive in the gym, great pumps even when depleted, great for mid-section fat loss (seems the cortisol claim is true), less muscle fatigue, as far as strength goes - i've been at a deficit almost the whole time and i think i should be right around or slightly lower than i was when i started.

con's -
oily skin, acne and bacne, taste like poo.

im going to start 6 caps on wednesday, 4 in the morning - 2 one hour pre-workout or all six in the morning on off days. ill take bf stats tomorrow again.

Back-

Ill base my review on a few aspects people would be wondering about when choosing a test booster and also my stats.

Weight - 172lbs (-6lbs)
Bodyfat - 10.8% (-3%)

Strength - 7/10. I was at a deficit for about 3/4 of the 46 days i used freetest but was able to keep roughly 80% of my strength and even set one PR on BB rows. Teamed up with a proper strength diet i think it would work nicely though.

Size - 8/10. Was able to add 2 lean pounds while dropping bodyfat. Would be a great addition to a PCT.

Fat loss - 9/10. Lost a significant amount of bodyfat especially in my midsection.

Libido - 12/10. All day.

Stamina - 8/10. Could pump out a few more sets, as time went workouts got better.

Overall - 8/10. This was a solid product, made some gains while losing fat which was the goal.

What’s up Big William?! It’s been awhile since we’ve seen you around here. Question for you, have you tried AppNuts new pre-workout Lit Up? I was in the CR Vitamin Shoppe today and the boys told me this stuff was the shit. Let me know what you think please. Ingredient profile looks great and the sale price is right (24.99) but I just wanted your opinion. Thanks bro.
