Wow. I bench 275 and my MP is only 10 higher than you. I feel like a weak shit haha. That's awesome man, you'll get the strength back in no time.

Good luck pitty. I'm sure you'll kill your old numbers very soon.

yeeeee haw.

6/9/08

deads - 175 x 6

bulgarians - 30, 3 x 5

bench - 130, 3 x 5

superset:

pullups - 5 pounds...10, 8, 7, 5
planks - front... (2) 1 min....side...45 sec each

last friday my grip sucked ass. like...i could barely hold onto 170...ate like a horse over the weekend....held onto 175 like old times. first time using a barbell for bulgarians...always used to use dumbbells...not sure which i like better...definitely easier to add weights to barbell...instead of tying 2.5 pound plate to the dumbbells with shoe strings

What's the rush?! You got a contest on the horizon or something??

That's the way I deal with shit that gets me down sometimes. You just need to hop back on wherever that may be and ride it out. If anything, I really enjoy lifting the lighter weights for a while as my strength comes back!

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

hehe...i don't enjoy lifting lighter weights i'm just gonna try it exactly as ripp has it lined out...once i slow down i'll hop down to 5 pounds a week instead of per workout...

and once i get all i can from it...i wanna move into some pure strength programming. shit sounds interesting

Thanks.. I've been watching how everything's goin' about once a day at least. There's just not too much to be posting about. Eric's been doing a fantastic job around here, so there's not much point in me quoting him every time and putting a "x 2" underneath it.
