me lower:

deads - 230 x 3, 235 x 3, 240 x 2

gm's - 100 x 3, 105 x 3, 110 x 3, 115 x 3

pullthroughs with mini band - 2 x 15

db rows - 50, 2 x 10

wide grip bw pullups - 9, 8

rear flyes - 10's, 2 x 12....static holds, 5 pounds, 2 x 25 sec.


taking a much needed break next week. gonna leave the lower back and hammies alone for a week....except for maybe some hip extensions...and leg curls.

de bench:

speed bench - 115, 9 x 3

push press - 115, 3 x 5

incline db press - 50's, 2 x 10...1 set hammer grip.

lying tri extensions - 20's, 2 x 10

hip extensions - 15, 2 x 15....statics...20, 2 x 1:05...

face pulls - 45, 2 x 20

db shrugs - 40's, 2 x 12


statics were tough. mmmm...massage and weekend off. f yeah.

monday did....

incline db: 40's, 3 x 10

dips: bw, 2 x 20

suitcase deadlifts: 40, 2 x 10


today:

bulgarians: 75 x 6, 80 x 6, 85 x 6

arnold press: 30's x 12, 40's x 8, 50's x 5

pullups: bw...16 (pr), 13...hanging from towels...6

hammer curls: 30, 2 x 10

facepulls: 25, 1 x 30

mp: 1rm test..wore the belt this time 135 pounds....body weight 142...i'm happy.

step ups: 70, 2 x 5

rows: 100, 3 x 10

captains chair...5 pounds on each angle, 3 x 10

antirotatebarbell: 15 pounds, 3 x 10

thanks man...i think last time when i hit 140 on mp, i was around 150 pounds...so i'm quite happy with this...it was a slow fucking grinder...i think i had enough time to take 3 breaths on the way up
