8/18/08

gonna switch it up and try something else for awhile...listen to what my body is telling me lately

incline bench: 150, 2 x 2....125, 1 x 5, 1 x 8

arnold press: 30's, 3 x 10

tri pulldowns: 40, 2 x 12

superset one:

flyes: 30, 2 x 10
rear flyes: 10, 2 x 14

triset one:

shrugs: 50's, 2 x 10
captains chair: 5 pounds on each ankle, 2 x 14
suitcase deads: 40's, 2 x 10

shoulders tired of flat bench. lower back is tired of everything...gonna stick to some simple stuff...rdl's....and hip extensions. maxed out on incline bench at 165...so 150 is right at 90%. monday and friday will be similar...friday will just be some maximal work on MP, along with regular 5 rep work...some tricep stuff...and abs. wednesday will be lower body...plus back. today only took 50 minutes with all the little fluff stuff...supersets own. rest periods were all small today...had some things make me angry yesterday...and they stayed with me today...i was very ready to go today.

Good to see you staying in the game Pity. Stay healthy.

BTW, what does a supine row look like?

Makes me want to puke. It must be cool that you can see the little thing that's causing so much trouble. I wish I had copies of my MRI. I don't know what happened to them... Can you scan the MRI?
