| ^^ your not kidding, i'm lactose screwed as well, so i just stay clear of it as much as I can. Its not even that it bothers me all that much, but the GI problems suck for everyone else in the room. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | I'm very mildly lactose intolerant. If I'm having a shake without food (or a big glass of milk) and I'm going somewhere in public afterwards, I will take a "dairy digestant" capsule and an acidophilus pill. I don't get bloated or have an upset stomach when I do that. No gas either. Pretty cool..just an idea. I can't remember whether I asked you about that a few months ago. I talked to somebody about it. Just kick me in the nuts if I already mentioned it. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | 6/11/08 bulgarians - 35, 3 x 5 mp - 80, 3 x 5 row - 80, 3 x 5 dips - 5, 3 x 10 bar walkouts - 170, 3 x 15 sec. plank/5lb plate switches - 2 on each side russians - 10, 2 x 4 so used to squat 170 for reps.....that walkout was fucking heavy. i felt like a total vag. makes me wish i didn't have a super overactive childhood. damn knees. good workout tho...been throwing ten minutes of hiit jump rope after the weights so i don't do it on my days off...my heart was hammering. |
