Default Frequently Planked...

starting rippetoes over...lost a good amount of weight and strength being sick. suck.

previous PR's: dead, 250 x 1....bench 215 x 1....mp, 140 x 1

found new starting points wednesday and today.

todays workout:

deads: 195, 3 x 3

MP: 95, 3 x 5

pullups: 2.5, 25 reps.

so...starting monday...gonna stick with bulgarian squats, as i don't get knee pain from them...

deadlift: 170, 1 x 5

bulgarian squat: 30, 3 x 5

bench press: 130, 3 x 5

only accessories will be dips, pullups, and of course..planks.

sucks to lose pretty much 7 months of work in 2 weeks. i'm gonna try adding five pounds a workout this time around...instead of five pounds a week....cuz...well....i'm real pissed at the setback.

Good luck pity, I'm sure you will be back past previous PRs in no time.Just think of it as an extended deload

Shit happens, you can't get hung up on things like getting sick. If you got lazy and shit the bed, then yeah it's all your fault. Keep moving forward, you'd be surprised at how much strength you retain and how much mass you will gain back.

And of course, nothin' to it but to do it.

"NO, this is my squat rack. Go get your own!"

I bench 235lbs and have the same MP PR as you. You must have some really strong shoulders...or mine are weak. lol

You'll come back faster then you think. I think 5lbs a workout is a great idea. Good luck.
