| 3/6/08 Squat-260-5x5 Barbell Curl-100,100,100-10,10,6 Incline DB-40,45,50-8,6,4 Hammer DB Curl-45-6 21's-60 The squating surprised me that I was able to do it fairly easy. Back didn't bother too much was stretching in between each set. Try either 265 or 270 next time for the 5x5 |
