Thanks guys this whole semester has sucked work out wise cuz I have been sick on n off the whole time n now the accident, I think I have actually gotten weaker atleast on bench.

Seated DB Press-55,60,65,70,55-5,5,5,5,10 Deadlift-245x5 JS Rows-135 4sx5r Side db raises-30,35-10,6 DB Hammer Curls-50,55,55-8,8,6 Work out felt decent which is encouraging, got the 245x5 easy on deadlift but I got worried bout my leg giving out cuz its injured so i switched to JS rows |
