Great Progress (i believe)
i haven't taken any recent pictures, but i've got numbers to go with now.
before working out (7 months ago) 20%~ BF 180lbs Now: 11.8% BF 190lbs i was in shock that i was that low, i've still got a good chunk of it on my belly, but i really dont have any fat anywhere else. Just had to share :D |
