| Yeah it hit me today really hard about 2hrs ago. its the start of a sinus infection, i can feel it already. My head started hurting, and so did my jaw. I took an alevert, and will go pick up more for the rest of the week. atleast I caught it early, sinus infections can knock me out for a week or more if left unchecked. Quote:

| Update Wed: training DeadLift: 4 total working sets, ended with 315x5 Standing MP: 3 total working sets, ended with 145x5 front squats: 3 total working sets, ended with 145x5 Diet 1pm - 1/2 cup oatmeal 15g bcaa 4pm - 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup basmati rice 6pm - pre workout shake 8pm - post workout shake 10pm - two checken breats with cheese and some red gravy, and a cesar salad. Notes I woke up at 7:30am for work and felt like shit, head ache, body aches, just plain run down. I called out of work, and didnt wake up again till around 1. I took some alavert to clear my sinus headache and relaxed most of the day. Overall the wieghts moved fairly easily. I will have to adjust the MP's down slightly, since its a 9 week program i dont want to over due it to early, and I think I over estimated my wieghts on them. I also had a little problem with the MP's due to the fact I did DL prior to them. My lower back was weak as shit, and I felt unstable to say the least. I may either switch the order, or move to seated MP's. Not quite sure yet. |

| I am only running this 9 weeks, not because of the spreadsheet, but because of the what the workload will look like at the end of that 9 weeks. At that point I will back off, take a week off, or deload, then get back up on it. It may even go less then 9 weeks, we will see what my body can handle. good look eric. |
