What u guys about this??


(day1)run--Stretch--(1abs)(3x-8setsbicepcurl)(3x-12squat)(3x-12 barbellcurl)(hammer curl x3-12)

(day2)run--Stretch--(3x-12chairdips)(pushup3x-12)(3x-12 tricepkickback(light weight)and overhead(heavy weight)

(day3)run--Stretch--(3x-12barbellshoulderpress)(3x-12forearm)(RunMore)

i am thinking of gain muscles

what about your lower body? it says running but you still need to work them out a little and what about back? You won't really gain.. all that cardio will make you cut more then gain. Just my honest opinion..

^^agree^. In one week you are only doing 3 sets of squats. To many curls.

And when are these being done ? ie: Mon/Wed/Fri ??

If you want to gain muscle try the beginer 5*5 program.
