I'm a huge believer in speed floor pressing. It's not very popular, but it really helps me a lot. Another favorite is rack presses w/ the pins chest level. Same thing, you pause on the pins, then power it up.

Must be nice laying on the garage floor in Austrailia. Here in the States right now it in the low 30'sF. I'd be freezing my ass off.
