Its nice to know everyone cares!!!

Chins this wednesday,I'll hit some Rows on Saturday.I will keep a rowing movement in my warmups on squat days too.

ME Squat Day

Strong Day today,felt pretty good.I went with lowbox squats with the pusspad.I doubled up the pad thickness to get the bar higher on my neck,with the other pad it tends to move around too much.These are so damn hard its not funny.I think these are a tremendous exercise for strength in the squat.I hit 130kg for a pretty grinding rep and called it quits.I need my rack badly,I simply cannot risk missing a rep.The only other solution is 2 of you guys move over here to spot me,any takers??!!!!!!! Moved to free squats next,just to test my form out,I really couldnt hit depth with my wide stance,i will bring it in a bit and get my depth.The good news is I felt real strong on them.Finished with Rollouts for 4 sets.

ME Squat day 17/11/08
Low Box Squat with Pusspad 1x1 120kg 130kg
Free Squat 1x1 120kg 130kg (easy but a bit high)
Abs Rollouts (WOD) 4x10,10,8,8

So the work schedule changed yet again meaning I can stick to a normal schedule this week at least!!

GPP 18/11/08

Dragged sled in grass for 17mins,did 8 trips forward with 67.5kg and then 4 or 5 backwards with 40kg.Was gonna do some abs but I am doing them as part of my warmups on bench days so i thought it might be overdoing it!! Felt great after.

ME Bench Day

Ahh finally a half decent bench day!! I went with doubles on Ultra wide grip benches today.WOW this is way harder than any other form of bench (CG or anything) I am gonna be sore tomorrow LOL.Moved to Yellow banded DB tri extensions next these were great so i did a shitload.Finished with a small dedication to my homeboy EricT,I did chins!!

ME Bench Day 19/11/08
Illegal Wide Bench 2x2 80kg 2x2 85kg 1x1 90kg
Rolling DB Tris 6x10 11kg+Yellow Band
Chins 3x5 BW+5kg,+10kg,+12.5kg 1x4 BW+15kg

Got Vids of bench.
